To make disciples, raise leaders and empower people for the work of the kingdom. ( Harvestland church is the church arm of the Arise Missions Int’l )

Our 5-star goals:
- To build a comfortable church environment where everyone, irrespective of their social, economic, or academic status will feel free and special to worship God in spirit and truth. To identify the house of God as the house of their Father, without any form of reservation or prejudice.
- To equip and position saints through Christian Education/enlightenment to make their lives – a daily harvest: Raising members to become ministers by helping them discover, develop and maximize their gift and talents to positively impact their world.
- To set up a “Jesus Centre” where people of all walks of life will come freely for spiritual and material resources, information about the Kingdom and artisan training to become people of usefulness and purpose to themselves, family and society in general – proffering solution to the social problems confronting the populace.
- To set up a welfare platform to cater for the poor & needy (Orphans and Widows) and the aged who have no one to care for them and show them that Jesus cares.
- To initiate a vibrant and effective Youth movement to take kids and youths off the streets and transform them into Kingdom-minded youths. From the streets to the King’s palace – *J Generation*
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in one God who is three distinct persons: father, son, and Holy Spirit (trinity). We believe that the bible is the written and inspired word of God and is the source of all God’s Blessings. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God (Born of the Virgin Mary) and the Saviour of the world. We believe that the blood Jesus shed on the cross allows us to have an intimate relationship with God. It is through our faith in His selfless act of love that we are saved. We believe that Jesus Christ died and three days later rose from the dead and is coming again to take away his church. We believe in water baptism (By immersion) and baptism in the holy spirit with the event of speaking in tongues. We believe that God wants us to have a full life free from poverty, sickness, and disease. We believe that tithing represents our commitment and love towards God and we strive to honor him in everything we do.
We believe that nothing is impossible with our God and no situation is too big for him to take care of.
OUR HISTORY
ABOUT ARISE MISSIONS INT’L
Arise Missions International, was established through the personal encounter of Pastor Ezekwe Chukwujekwu Chukwuma with God in 1991.
With the foundation of the ministry in the infallible word of God, the Arise Missions Int’l endeavors to see the transformation in the lives of individuals. Families and peop;e of all walks of life.
OUR VISION AND CALL:
In 1991, I was invited to attend an all-night prayer meeting at a particular Church in Lagos (Assemblies of God), and there the spirit of the Lord confirmed to me through the witness of a prophet: I will use you to sweep, clean, and paint my house.”
In Sept. 1991, as I and a few other persons decided to check into a prayer mountain ( in the outskirt of Lagos ) Seeking the face of the Lord in prayer and fasting concerning y ordination. I received a vision from the Lord of an uncountable number of sheep scattered everywhere on a vast plane and they were without a shepherd. And God said he was looking for a man that will lead them.
In 1993, the Lord expressly gave me a command saying –- “I want you to go and lead my people back to me “
THE VISION:
God’s people are shown in the vision as sheep scattered everywhere without a shepherd and God was looking for a man to lead them and give them direction. We are called to give humanity a definite direction and teach them to enforce their destiny in God
The Mandate:
God commanded me “I want you to go and lead my people back to me.
Putting all this together, I came to the understanding that the almighty has called me and mandated me to go to the plain (world) and bring his people as scattered sheep together and lead them back to him.
That means the people as God’s house when they are gathered together needs to be swept cleaned and painted with the Glory of God through the preaching and teaching of God’s word of power.
The Task is: to go and lead scattered people back to him.
The target is as many that are far away from God (World)
In response and Obedience to this mandate Arise Missions Int’l was birthed in 1994 to fulfill this call and realize this vision to lead God’s people (everywhere in the world) back to Him.
MISSION AND GOAL :
A careful study of this awesome and enormous has helped to define our mission, purpose, and goal
ARISEMISSIONS STATEMENT: “Enforce Your Destiny”
God’s people have been scattered everywhere by the evil one through deceit and ignorance and are cut off from the mercies and goodness of our loving Father in heaven. The devil has sold them lies that they are beyond redemption and help.
Our mission is to teach people everywhere that they have a particular destiny (Victory & success) in God. That Jesus Christ has paid the full price for our redemption on the cross and so the father is waiting for their return to him with open arms to forgive, heal, deliver restore and bless them (Luke 15: 22-24)
We teach them to identify, realize, and enforce this destiny. We help them understand that their lives are not meaningless and should not be full of emptiness and despair. There is a purpose for which God has created everyone and this purpose must be realized (Eph. 1:17-20)
This is to say that people need not go through life wandering in the wilderness of ignorance and hopelessness and cut off from all the abundance of blessings God has in store for his loving children, as they come to him by faith through Christ Jesus.
This is why God has called us to lead His people back into His warm and loving arms.
As many are born of God, are destined to overcome the world. It does not matter far away they have wandered from God or how hopeless they have been convinced their situations and circumstances have become (1 john 5:4)
Arise Missions Int’l was inaugurated in Abidjan. Cote d’Ivoire in 1998 and also the church arm – The Harvestland Church was Inaugurated in Enugu, on 30th March 2005 with 7 Persons present.
